Our office is tucked away in Katwaria Sarai, specifically at F-106. If you know South Delhi, you know this area is always humming with people, mostly students and young folks. Studhouz Buildcon Private Limited started because we saw how much was changing in these old neighborhoods. We are not some big firm with a glass building. We just work from this ground-level spot in the lanes of Katwaria. Dealing with building projects in these tight spaces is a real headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle the planning and the actual construction work that happens around here. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and coffee cups. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We spend our mornings talking to contractors and our afternoons checking on sites. It gets loud and hectic, especially when the traffic picks up in the narrow streets outside. We’ve lived and worked in South Delhi for a long time, so we know the local rules and the people. Sometimes things go slow because of the weather or labor issues, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a local team doing build work in a part of the city we know well. It’s practical work for practical needs. You might see our trucks around the Sarai or over by the park. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on.
