STHENO BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Stheno Buildcon Private Limited is located at A-2/140 in Safdarjung Enclave. This is a nice part of South Delhi, and we've been here for a while. Our office is just a regular room where we manage our building projects. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we need. We handle various types of construction work, mostly focusing on residential stuff around this area. You’ll usually find one or two of us here during the day, while the rest are out at the sites. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We like being in Safdarjung Enclave because it’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to everything else. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic on the way to a site, which is just part of living in New Delhi. We try to keep things simple and don't make promises we can't keep. The office walls are covered with some old maps and a few calendars. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic with multiple projects going on at once. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living and do a decent job for the people who hire us. We don't use fancy jargon, just plain talk about what needs to be built and how much it will cost.
