We are based in Siddharth Chambers, specifically at Flat No. 109 on the first floor. The building is T-55A and we are right near the Azad Apartments in Kalu Sarai. It’s a busy little corner of Hauz Khas. STF Buildwell Llp has been our name for a while and we just do our best to stay busy with the local building work. Finding the office can be a little tricky if you aren't looking for the Siddharth Chambers sign, but it's there. We chose this spot because it's close to a lot of the action in Delhi. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local outfit trying to make things work. The first floor is usually buzzing with people coming and going. We handle the usual building and well-construction tasks that come our way. It's mostly about managing the labor and making sure the supplies don't disappear. There’s a lot of back and forth with clients and sometimes it’s stressful, but we like the work. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get the projects finished so we can move on to the next one. Kalu Sarai is a good place to be for this kind of business. It feels like we're right in the middle of everything. We're just regular people trying to do a solid job. We stay here because it's convenient and the landlord doesn't bother us much. It's a simple life.
