We are located over in Ber Sarai, specifically at house number 12. It’s an old village area in South West Delhi, so it has a lot of character and narrow lanes. Working out of Ber Sarai means we are close to the students and the markets, which keeps things lively. Our work focuses on real estate and infrastructure tech. We aren’t a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s a handful of us who know the local land and how building projects come together. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of construction and finding the right spots for new projects. The office is simple, just what we need to get the daily tasks done. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have our computers and our files. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have several projects going at once, but we manage. We like the grit of Ber Sarai. It reminds us that building things is about the ground and the people, not just numbers on a screen. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the infratech side of things and try to stay busy. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places at the right time. Every day is different, and that’s what keeps it interesting for us.
