SSK BUILDWELL LLP

Our office is set up at 266 A-B on the ground floor. SSK BUILDWELL LLP is the name on our door, and we’ve been in this part of South Delhi for some time now. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Most of our days are spent dealing with local sites and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. It is not always easy with the Delhi traffic, but we make it work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep our paperwork and meet folks when they drop by. You can usually find one of us hanging around the ground floor area near the entrance. It is a busy neighborhood in the 110014 area. Building things takes a lot of time and a lot of patience, and we have enough of both. We aren't big on fancy talk or long presentations. If someone needs a wall put up or a room fixed, we just look at the space and tell them what the situation is. Sometimes the weather makes the work go slow, especially when the rains are heavy. But we just keep going anyway. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few workers we have known for years. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just have our tools and our experience.
