We are located over in Chhattarpur Extension in South Delhi. Our office is at Flat 2, Khasra Number 601 in Block A. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you are new to the area. SS UNIQUE CONTRACTORS LLP is our name. We work as contractors on various building and maintenance jobs. The office is a quiet place where we do our bookkeeping and planning. We are not a huge firm with lots of departments. It is just a few of us making sure the sites are running smoothly. Chhattarpur is a growing area, so there is always something to do. We do not have any big mission statements. We just take on contracts and try to finish them without too much trouble. Sometimes things get complicated with materials or labor, but we manage. We are not into fancy advertising. We just let our work speak for itself. People around South Delhi know our name. It is a practical business. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and phone calls. We have been doing this for a while now. It is not always easy, but it is what we do.
