SPLENDID HOMES LLP is located at 91-A Dr Zakir Bagh in Jamia Nagar. We are right near the Surya Hotel, which is a big landmark in this part of South Delhi. Our office is in a residential-feeling area, which makes it feel less like a cold business and more like a part of the neighborhood. We handle home projects and residential development, but we aren't some giant conglomerate. It is a small team of us working out of this space. We have some desks and a meeting table where we spend most of our time looking at floor plans. It is not a very tidy office because we always have samples of tiles or wood laying around. We don't have a dress code and we definitely don't have those "employee of the month" posters. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about building houses. The area around Zakir Bagh is quite lively, and we like being close to the action. We spend our days coordinating with plumbers, electricians, and masons. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. We don't make big claims about being the top firm; we just show up and do the job we said we would. It is a practical business for people who need real work done on their properties.
