SPJ BUILDTECH LLP

SPJ Buildtech LLP is based at C 721 on the ground floor in New Friends Colony. This is a fairly well-known neighborhood in Delhi and we have been operating from this ground floor space for some time now. Being an LLP means we are a partnership and we work together on all our construction and tech projects. The office is easy to get to and we have a simple setup where we keep all our records and tools. New Friends Colony has its own unique vibe and we enjoy being part of the local business community here. Our days are usually a mix of visiting construction sites and then coming back to the office to deal with the administrative side of things. It’s not always glamorous work and we often end up with boots covered in mud or hands covered in ink from drawings. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk because we prefer to speak plainly about what we are doing. The ground floor location means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street which is nice. We have a lot of regular tasks that keep us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to work Sundays too if a project is behind or needs urgent attention. It’s a lot of responsibility but we just keep at it and try to do right by the work we take on every single day.
