Our office is located at B-1 in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Area. It is an industrial neighborhood, so there are a lot of large warehouses and noisy factories all around us. It is definitely not the quietest place to work, but it is where the real work happens. We deal with various projects and most of our time is spent looking over technical plans or talking to different contractors. The office itself is very basic with just some wooden tables, a few computers, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. We do not really have a fancy lobby or any of those things you see in big city buildings. People who come to see us are usually here for specific work reasons. We have been in this industrial estate for quite a while now, and we like the fact that everything we need for our projects is close by. The roads can be a bit rough with all the heavy trucks moving around, especially during the rainy season when the potholes get deep and full of water. We mostly just keep our heads down and focus on whatever specific project is sitting on the desk that day. It is a practical environment for the kind of work we do. We are not looking to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want to get the job done right and move on to the next task.
