Soufflet Malt Alwar Private Limited

Our office is in a bit of an unusual spot at the R.K.Khanna Tennis Stadium. Soufflet Malt Alwar Private Limited is on the first floor, Gate No-3, right on Africa Avenue. It’s strange to be working in a malt business while people are playing tennis downstairs, but we’ve made it work. It’s mostly an administrative hub for us. We have desks, some samples of grain in glass jars, and a lot of binders filled with data. The view from the windows is mostly the stadium grounds and the trees along Africa Avenue. It’s a nice area of the city, but the traffic can be a real headache during tournaments. We don't have a factory here; this is where we handle the buying, the selling, and the logistics for the malt. It’s quiet inside, except for the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It’s a bit of a trek to get from the gate to the office if you don't know the way. We keep it professional but relaxed; nobody wears a suit or tie unless they really have to. It’s just a group of us making sure the malt gets where it needs to go across the region. We usually leave before the evening traffic peaks.
