Everyone around New Friends Colony knows where Bharat Nagar is, and that’s where you’ll find us at number 85. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a good long time. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening in the kitchen or out front. We aren't just about the name on the sign; it’s the people who show up every shift to get things done. The building itself has seen a lot of years and has its quirks. We spend a lot of time making sure the supplies are fresh and the staff knows what they’re doing for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Cleaning, prepping, and making sure the counters are wiped down. We don't have some big fancy boardroom. Most decisions happen right there in the middle of the shop or in the small back office where we keep the records. It gets hot in the summer, but we have the fans going and keep the water cold. People come in for their favorites, and we try to keep things consistent. It’s a local business through and through. We know most of the regulars by their first names or at least by what they usually order. New Delhi moves fast, but we try to keep a steady pace here in Bharat Nagar. It’s just how we operate every day. We don't need much more than that.
