Daily Bread Gourmet Foods is located at House Number 160 in Meethapur Extension, which is part of the Badarpur area. We have been at this address for several years. Even though the name sounds like we are a bakery you can walk into, this specific location is more for our back-office work and managing the logistics of our food supplies. We don't have a display case with cakes or fresh bread here. Instead, you will see a few of us on our computers or talking on the phone to our suppliers and delivery drivers. It is a lot of coordination to make sure the food stays fresh and gets to the right places on time. Badarpur is a very busy part of New Delhi, and the roads can be quite difficult to navigate during the day. We have to plan everything very carefully because of the traffic. The office itself is quite basic, with just the essential furniture and some old filing cabinets. We are not a giant corporation with a big glass building; we are just a local team working out of a standard house. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. It is honest, everyday work. We spend a lot of time double-checking orders and making sure the inventory lists are correct. It’s not a very exciting job, but we take it seriously and try to keep things moving.
