You can find us over at 20/573 in the D.D.A. Flats. We are on the second floor here in New Delhi-110062. Being in the D.D.A. Flats means we are right in the middle of a residential area, which gives the place a very different feel than a typical office park. We’ve been running Food Chain India Pvt.Ltd. from this second-floor spot for quite a bit. It’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs, but it keeps us moving. The space is pretty basic, just enough room for a few of us to sit and work on the orders and the paperwork. We don't go for those big mission statements or marketing talk because that’s just not how we operate. We’re just normal people trying to manage a food business from a small office. Some days are really hectic with the phones never stopping, and other days it’s just us catching up on the filing. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers, so it feels like we’re part of the neighborhood. The heat in Delhi can be tough, especially on the second floor, but we have our fans and we just keep going. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. We just have what we need to do the job every day and keep the business ticking along.
