Snsd Builders Private Limited

We’ve been running Snsd Builders Private Limited out of our office in Jangpura Extension for some time now. You can find us at C-43 on the lower ground floor. It’s a pretty busy part of South Delhi, so there is always something going on outside the window. We mostly spend our time dealing with the usual headaches of the construction business like material deliveries and making sure the crews are showing up on time at the various sites. It isn’t always glamorous work, but we take it seriously. The office isn't one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in some parts of the city. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files, look over blueprints, and talk to folks about what they need built. We’ve lived and worked in Delhi long enough to know how the weather can mess with a schedule, especially during the monsoon season. We do our best to plan around that. People stop by the office to talk about their projects or just to check in on how things are progressing. We handle the paperwork and the heavy lifting, literally and figuratively. Most of our days are spent coordinating with local vendors and trying to keep the projects on track without too many delays. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we’ve got a good routine down at this point. Being in the LGF keeps it a bit cooler in the summer months which is nice.
