You can find us at A 43 in Shivalik, which is right in the middle of Malviya Nagar. Snds Buildcon Llp has been running out of this spot for a while now. It’s a nice enough corner of New Delhi to work in. We deal with building and construction stuff, mostly focusing on residential projects, but we take on whatever comes our way. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some computers that have seen better days, and usually a bit of dust from whatever project is currently going on. It’s definitely not the kind of place you’d see in a glossy magazine. We are just regular people trying to make a living by building things that last. Some days the phones just don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet, and we just sit here planning out the next month or two. We know Malviya Nagar really well by now, so we know which shops have the best supplies and which roads to avoid when the traffic gets bad. That kind of local knowledge really helps when you’re trying to get a truck full of cement or bricks delivered on time. We don't make big promises that we know we can't keep. We just look at the job, give a price, and then get to the actual work. It’s a practical way of doing business. We’ve built up a decent name around Shivalik just by being around and being consistent with our work. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the grind by now.
