Smartluxe Infratech Llp

Our office is on the ground floor over at K 112 in Hauz Khas. Smartluxe Infratech Llp might sound like a big name, but it’s just a few of us working out of this space. The location is good because it’s easy to find, though parking can be a real headache some mornings. We handle building and infra projects, mostly around the city. You’ll usually see stacks of blueprints and old coffee mugs on the desks. It gets dusty pretty fast with all the windows open. We don’t really do those fancy meetings with slides. Mostly we just sit around the table and figure out how to solve whatever problem came up on a site that morning. Sometimes we stay late because a delivery didn't show up or a contractor needed something signed. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too focused on the actual work to care much about that. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. We just try to do honest work and stay out of trouble. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking site measurements. It is often loud outside from the market, but we don't mind.
