Shree Saishiv Developers Llp

We are based out of Khanpur here in New Delhi, specifically in Duggal Colony. If you know the area, it gets pretty busy around B-Block. Our office is at B/202, on the first floor of the B1 building in the 110062 pin code area. We’ve been operating as Shree Saishiv Developers Llp for a bit now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and meeting folks about different development sites. It is not a huge fancy setup, just a regular workplace where we get things done. Being in Central Delhi has its challenges with the traffic and all, but we manage. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and making sure the sites are moving along. There’s always someone coming in or out. It’s a practical space. We don't really do the big corporate talk, we just focus on the buildings and the land. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the street gets crowded, but that is just part of being in Khanpur. We are reachable right here at our B-Block address if anyone needs to drop by for a chat. It’s pretty straightforward. We deal with the local requirements and the technical side of development. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We try to keep things simple and honest. Being a limited liability partnership means we have our specific ways of working, but at the end of the day, it's just about the projects we have on hand. We just keep our heads down and work.
