Shivharsh Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Okhla Phase 2, right at D-19/1 on the first floor. This part of Delhi is very industrial and busy, which suits us just fine because there is always something going on. We are right in the middle of it all. Our office is a practical space where we manage our construction work and meet with whoever needs to talk to us. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We just build things and handle the logistics that come with that. Being on the first floor makes it easy for deliveries and for people to find us. Okhla is a tough area sometimes with all the trucks and the noise, but it's where we feel most at home. We have a small crew and we’ve worked together for quite a while now. We don't have a lot of time for fancy speeches about goals or visions. We just look at the schedule for the week and try to stick to it. Sometimes we run into problems with materials or the weather, like anyone else in this business, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a straightforward way of working that has kept us going.
