If you are looking for Shivam, we are down in Okhla Phase II at Y-38. This part of Okhla is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their trucks through. Our unit is just a standard industrial space. We have some heavy equipment in the back and a small area in the front where we handle the paperwork. It’s not the cleanest place, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find what we need. The guys in the back have a rhythm going, and you can hear the sound of metal and tools all day long. We don't use any fancy management software. We use a whiteboard and some notebooks to track what’s going on. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure everything is handled. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a supplier is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone helps out with whatever needs doing, even if it’s just sweeping the floor or loading a crate. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big title. We just want to do the work and get it right. It’s a lot of sweat and long hours, but it’s what we know. There's usually a stray dog hanging around the gate that we feed sometimes during our lunch break.
