We are based at H-78/19 Batla House, Okhla, New Delhi. This part of Delhi is always moving, and there is so much noise from the street all day long. Holtec Consulting Pvt.Ltd. is right in the middle of it. The office is in a busy building and it can be a bit of a maze to find us the first time. We have lived and worked in India for a long time, so the chaos of Okhla doesn’t bother us much anymore. There are plenty of food stalls nearby, so lunch is never a problem. The space inside is a bit tight because we have so many documents and files everywhere. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything. If you come by, you just pull up a chair wherever there is space. It’s a very practical way of working. We deal with various consulting matters and the phone is usually ringing. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard. But that’s just how it is in Batla House. We are just regular people doing our jobs and trying to make things work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we don't need them. Our address is easy to find once you get the hang of the alleyways. It’s a hardworking environment and we like the energy.
