Gesco Mumbai

It is a bit funny because our name is Gesco Mumbai, but we are actually based here in New Delhi. Specifically, we are at Flat No.18 in the Ganpati Apartments. This is in the Malviya Nagar area, which is a pretty lively neighborhood. Working out of an apartment instead of a commercial office block has its pros and cons. It is definitely quieter, which we appreciate when we have a lot of work to get through. We don't get many people just dropping by, so we can really focus on our tasks without too many interruptions. The flat is simple and has everything we need to run things properly. We have turned the main living area into our workspace with desks and some shelving for our files. There is a small kitchen where we make our own tea and coffee. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of the city outside, but mostly it is just the hum of our computers. We have been in this spot for a while now and we have a good relationship with the other people in the building. We don't feel the need for a fancy glass office in a high-rise. This feels more real and manageable for us. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to keep things organized. It is an honest way to work and it suits the way we like to do business without all the unnecessary corporate pressure.
