Roda Engineering Private Limited

Our office is in Himgiri Apartments, No. 22/ B 14- A, out in Kalkaji Extension. It’s a bit different because it’s an apartment building, so it doesn't feel like those big cold factory units you see elsewhere. Roda Engineering is just a few of us working out of this space on a daily basis. We have to be a bit quiet because of the neighbors living next door and above us, so we don't make too much noise. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then. We’ve got a few computers and some metal filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full of old folders. It feels a bit like a home, which is nice when you’re working long hours. We have a small balcony where we keep some potted plants, though we forget to water them more often than we should. The view isn't much to look at, just more buildings and the street below with people walking by. We get our coffee from the little shop downstairs that everyone in the building uses. It’s a bit cramped when we have all the technical drawings out on the table, but we manage just fine. We don't really have a big sign, just a small one on the door so people know they’re at the right place. It’s a quiet way to run a business and we like the neighborhood feel.
