Hilson Moran Partnership Ltd.

We are based in the Anjuman Apartments over in Jauhri Farm, specifically in Okhla, New Delhi. Hilson Moran Partnership Ltd. has its office here at B-16. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve made the space work for us. There’s always something going on in Okhla, and getting through the traffic in the mornings can be a real headache, but we manage. The office isn’t huge, just enough room for the desks and the files we need for our projects. We do a lot of coordination from this spot. It’s mostly about staying on top of the different partnerships and making sure the technical details for our work are sorted out. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the plans. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit more personal than a big corporate tower. You can hear the neighborhood sounds through the windows. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops where we grab lunch. The work involves a lot of back and forth between different teams. We don’t really have a glossy brochure or a big sign outside. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We try to keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand without making a big fuss about it. It's a steady pace most weeks, though some months are definitely busier than others with all the paperwork and meetings we have to handle.
