Shine Propbuild Limited Liability Partne is our company and we operate out of Vasant Kunj. To find us, you have to look near the BSES Rajdhani 7221 area. Our specific address is D-7/8, Sector-D, Pocket-7/8, along the Maharuli Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but that is where we are located. The area around Mehrauli Road is always packed with cars and people, especially near the main junctions. We deal with property and building work, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different property matters. Vasant Kunj is a nice area but the traffic near the BSES office can be quite slow during the middle of the day. We’ve set up our workspace to be practical and easy to manage. There are usually a few of us here making sure the records are updated and the details are in order. We don't go in for fancy office decor or anything like that because it’s not really necessary for the kind of work we do. Most of the time we are just focused on the projects we have going on. It’s a steady pace here and we just keep things moving along as best as we can without any corporate noise.
