Our shop is located at No. 76A/1 in the Okhla Main Market, right in the middle of Jamia Nagar. It is a very lively and crowded area. If you come by, you will see a lot of other shops and food stalls everywhere. We specialize in making bags. It is a very hands-on business. We have several sewing machines set up in our workspace, and there is always the sound of them running in the background. We make things like backpacks and school bags. Our space isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we store the fabric and the finished goods. There are rolls of material and zippers piled up in different corners. The people who work here are locals who have been with us for a while. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to look corporate. We just focus on making bags that are sturdy. Okhla is a busy place, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard for the get around, but we like the location. We have a lot of walk-in customers because we are right in the market. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to take a break, but we just get back to it once the power returns. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We spend our days cutting, sewing, and checking the quality of what we make. It’s just a regular bag factory.
