We are located at Shop No 7 in Malviya Nagar Main Market. It gets pretty crowded here during the evenings when everyone comes out to shop for their daily needs. The shop isn't very large but it fits what we need. Most of the time, we are just busy organizing things on the shelves or talking to the other shopkeepers nearby. The morning starts early here with the cleaners sweeping the street and the tea stall nearby getting the first batch of tea ready. You can hear the bikes and cars honking all day long because the market is right on the main road. It gets dusty sometimes so we have to wipe the glass counters quite often. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we know the faces of the people who walk past every day. There is a specific rhythm to the market life that you get used to. Sometimes it’s quiet when the sun is too hot in the afternoon and we just sit under the fan. Then the sun goes down and the lights come on and the whole place changes. We handle the daily tasks ourselves and don't really have a big staff or anything like that. It's just a regular shop where we try to keep things in order. People stop by for different things depending on what they are looking for that day. We just stay focused on what’s in front of us.
