Aricia India International is located right in the middle of Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1. It is a busy part of the city. We spend most of our mornings at A-40 just getting things sorted out for the day ahead. There is always someone coming in or going out of the front door. The building itself has seen better days, but it is sturdy enough for what we need. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you really have to be careful when moving boxes around. Most of the staff here have been with us for years now. We usually share a pot of tea around eleven o'clock. It is a good time to catch up on what is happening in everyone's lives outside of the workplace. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is just how things are around here. We just wait it out or use the generator if we really have to get something finished quickly. It is not a fancy place by any means. There are files piled up in the corner and the desks are a bit scratched from use. But it works for us. We handle a lot of paperwork and international stuff, which sounds more exciting than it actually is. Most days it is just making sure the numbers match and the addresses are correct on the forms. We do not have a big reception area with flowers. Just some chairs for people to sit while they wait. It is a practical setup.
