SAW DESIGN & BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here in Jaitpur Extension II, specifically at A-630/12 on the ground floor. It is not a very large space, but it fits our desks and the stacks of papers we need for the design work. Working in the building trade means we spend a lot of time away from the office, mostly out where the actual construction is happening. The dust gets everywhere, even on the tea cups. We started this because we know how to put things together. Design and build is just a fancy way of saying we plan it first and then we pick up the hammers. Some days the heat in Delhi is really something, and working on a site makes you feel every bit of it. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know how I like things done. We don't use those big fancy words you see in brochures. We just talk about bricks, cement, and where the windows should go. The ground floor office is usually a bit cluttered with samples of tiles or bits of wood. It gets noisy when the traffic picks up outside in Jaitpur. We just keep our heads down and try to get the measurements right the first time. It is a simple operation. We deal with regular people mostly. If a wall needs fixing or a new room needs to be added, that is what keeps us busy all week long.
