Sairiddhi Buildtech Private Limited

We've been operating out of Madanpur Khadar in Sarita Vihar for a while now. Our shop is located in Vijay Market, right on the ground floor of house number 7. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get into the main market lanes. Sairiddhi Buildtech is basically just us doing construction work and helping people with their building projects. It's not a big fancy office, just a practical space where we handle the daily paperwork and meet with folks about their homes or sites. We spend most of our time out in the field anyway, checking on how things are going. Building stuff in Delhi can be a bit of a headache with the traffic and getting materials delivered on time, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get the job done right so people are satisfied. Most of our work comes from people nearby who have seen what we do. We've got a small team here and we mostly stick to the Sarita Vihar area because we know the local rules and the suppliers around here. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with blueprints and samples, but it works for us. If you’re around the Vijay Market area, you’ve probably walked past us. We keep things pretty simple and straightforward without much fuss.
