SAATVIK BUILDCON LLP

SAATVIK BUILDCON is based in South Extension Part II. We have a small office on the third floor at A 20. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and traffic, but being on the third floor keeps us a little bit away from the street noise. We work on various building and construction projects around the city. Our days usually start with a lot of phone calls to check on progress at different sites. We aren't a massive firm with a thousand employees. We are just a dedicated team that knows the ins and outs of the construction world. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of drawings and samples of tiles or paint. We don't worry too much about having everything perfectly polished. We just want to make sure the work is getting done right. We don't use any of those big marketing phrases or try to sound more important than we are. Building stuff is hard and it takes a lot of patience. We deal with the delays and the headaches just like anyone else in this trade. We have been at this NDSE location for a while and it suits us well. It’s a good spot to meet people and keep an eye on our projects in South Delhi. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily to-do list.
