We've been working out of our first-floor spot at K 2 in Green Park Main for a while now. Saakar Reality Developers Llp isn't some huge faceless corporation with a thousand employees. It’s just us here, handling the day-to-day work involved in property development. Most days are spent on the phone or looking over plans, trying to make sure things move along like they should. Green Park is a busy area, and being right here in the mix helps us stay connected to what's happening on the ground. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. When you come up to the first floor, you're basically walking into where the actual work happens. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the paperwork and site maps spread out, but that’s just how it goes when you're busy. We focus on the practical side of things, dealing with the legalities and the construction details that most people don't really want to think about. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started, and we just try to keep our heads down and do our part. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near K 2. We're usually there until late most evenings, just getting through the pile of tasks on the desk. It’s a straightforward operation, nothing more, nothing less.
