S N Colonisers Llp is situated on the ground floor at N 8 in Panchsheel Park. Being in South Delhi, the area is quite nice but always has people moving about. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the office is pretty lived-in. There are maps of different plots pinned to the walls and stacks of old ledgers on the shelves. We mostly deal with land and helping people figure out where they can build their homes. It’s a lot of walking around outside and checking boundaries, so we don't spend as much time in the office as you might think. We aren't a big fancy operation. It’s just a few of us who know the local land laws and how to get things filed correctly with the city. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck in a government office for weeks, and there isn't much we can do but wait. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling because they saw our sign. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the different projects we are working on. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the occasional car horn outside. We just keep things moving along at a steady pace and try to be fair with everyone.
