The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep our files and meet up before heading out to various sites. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. Most of us are more comfortable in work boots than in suits. Building work is messy and unpredictable, so we try to keep our office life as organized as possible to balance it out. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or arguing with the weather. Hauz Khas has a lot of history, and working around here feels different than being in a modern office park. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Some days the coffee is the only thing keeping us going through the paperwork. We’ve had our share of tough projects where nothing seemed to go right, but we always find a way to get through it. It’s a practical business run by people who actually understand how a building goes together. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy offices. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. That’s how we've always done it.
