Rose Infrabuild Llp is tucked away in Chattarpur Enclave, specifically in Phase 2 at D-22. We’re on the ground floor, which makes it easy for us to move in and out when we’re heading to different construction sites. South Delhi has a lot of different neighborhoods, and Chattarpur has its own unique feel, being a mix of old village areas and new developments. The roads here can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. Being at 110030, we are pretty close to the main roads but just far enough inside to have a little bit of quiet. Our office is a basic workspace where we handle all the infrabuild stuff. It’s not decorated by some high-end designer; it’s just a place to work. We have our files, our computers, and usually a few sets of plans lying around. We like the ground floor because it’s convenient and we don’t have to wait for any elevators or climb a lot of stairs. The neighbors around Phase 2 are mostly other small businesses or families, so it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just a reliable one that operates from a regular office in a regular neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way of working, and it’s served us well enough so far in this part of the city. We spend most of our time out on sites anyway.
