Road Building International Private Limited

We are based out of Sainik Farms, specifically at 127-A on Central Avenue. Road Building International Private Limited deals with exactly what the name suggests, which is a lot of coordination between different sites. The office is over in the Khanpur area, not too far from Pushpa Bhawan. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, though the work we actually do out on the roads is anything but quiet. We spend a lot of our time looking at schedules and talking to crews on the phone. Building roads takes a lot of planning and even more physical labor. Sometimes things don't go according to the plan because of the traffic in South Delhi or just the intense heat in the summer. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Dealing with asphalt and heavy machinery is just a daily thing for us. It’s definitely not the kind of job where you stay clean. Even the office gets a bit dusty with all the files and people coming in from the field. We try to keep things simple. If there's a project to be done, we look at what is needed and get the workers ready. There’s no magic to it, just long hours and a lot of logistics to figure out. Being in Delhi means we have to navigate a lot of rules and traffic, but we manage. Most days are just about making sure the next stretch gets finished.
