We are located at number 55 on the ground floor in Balmiki Camp. That's in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. It is a humble spot, nothing like those big offices you see in the city center. We focus on buildtech, which mostly means we help people get their structures right. It’s a small operation. We have been in Katwaria Sarai for some time now. The street outside can get quite crowded, especially in the mornings. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and our tools. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Building things in Delhi is always a challenge because of the rules and the space constraints. We just take it one day at a time. If someone needs a renovation or a new build, we look at the site and give them a straight answer. We don't like using complicated words that nobody understands. It’s about the materials and the labor. We drink a lot of tea while we look over the plans. Our families are part of what we do here. It’s a local business, run by real people who aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep doing our work from this ground floor office and hope for good weather.
