Rector Buildtech Private Limited

Rector Buildtech Private Limited is based out of Sangam Vihar, in Block L1-A. Our office is at L-1A/131, which is a place we’ve called home for our business for a good bit. Sangam Vihar is a really crowded, lively area, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We do building and technical work, mostly focusing on the practical side of construction. We don't have a glossy brochure or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in drawings and receipts. It can get pretty loud around here with the local traffic, but we’re used to the noise by now. We handle everything from the initial digging to the final finishing touches on the sites we manage. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the labor shows up on time. We try to be honest about how long things take, because in building, there are always delays you can't predict. We’ve had our fair share of rainy days that messed up the schedule, but that’s part of the game. Our goal is just to finish what we started and move on to the next one. We’re just local builders who know the streets of New Delhi well and try to do right by the people we work for. We just keep our heads down and finish.
