The office is located at A 15 in Lajpat Nagar 2, right on Feroze Gandhi Road. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s always moving. Outside there’s the constant sound of traffic and people heading to the market, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional argument over a design detail. Ravish Mehra Deepak Kalra started this place together, and it’s grown into a bit of a mess of papers and models. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a dress code. Usually, someone is running late because of the parking situation on Feroze Gandhi Road, which is a daily struggle for everyone here. We spend a lot of time huddled around a single monitor trying to fix a small error in a plan. It’s a practical setup. There are pens everywhere, half-empty coffee mugs, and old blueprints that we really should throw away but probably won't. We don’t talk much about grand visions. It’s more about making sure the walls are straight and the client is okay with the layout. The afternoon slump usually hits around four, and that’s when someone goes out for snacks. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby and understand how things work in this city. We just keep our heads down and keep drawing until the lights go off and we go home.
