RAJEEVSONS BUILDCON LLP

We are located at C5/40 in the Safdarjung Development Area. It’s a nice part of the city to work in, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache for us and the people coming to see us. We are a buildcon outfit, which basically means we spend our time thinking about construction and how to get things built right. Our office isn't very large, and it’s usually quite full of paper, maps, and samples of building materials. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we don't really have to explain things twice. We aren't into big fancy offices with marble floors or anything like that. We’d rather spend that money on better tools or making sure the sites have what they need to finish the job. A typical day involves a lot of back and forth with the guys out in the field. We deal with the logistics, the permits, and the structural side of things. It can be a bit chaotic when multiple projects are happening at once, but we’ve learned how to manage it over the years. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on the engineering and the physical work. It’s a practical business run by people who actually understand how a building goes up. We just keep doing our thing and hope the work speaks for itself, without needing any polished corporate speeches.
