Our office is at House No-58, up on the first floor in Ber Sarai. Rajbuild And Developers (Opc) Private Limited has been based here in this part of South West Delhi for a while. Ber Sarai is a crowded place, usually full of students and people moving around, so there is always a lot of energy nearby. Our space isn't very large, just enough room for us to get through the daily chores and keep the records straight. We have the usual stuff you’d find in any office, like some old chairs and a table that has seen better days. We don't really worry about making the place look like a showroom. It’s more about having a spot to sit and work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise coming up to the first floor, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like the location because it’s easy to get around from here. Being in a house rather than a big office block makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We just handle the business as it comes in and try to stay organized. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don’t have any big slogans or anything, just a few people working out of a room in Ber Sarai to get the job done.
