We’ve been working out of our place at House No. 283 in Rajpur for a while now. This area in Khurd Extn. Maidangari is where most of our day-to-day stuff happens. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, right in the 110 068 zip code. We aren't a big fancy operation with glass walls, just a group of people at Raheja Developers P Ltd. trying to get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but we like being here. Usually, someone is around at the office if there's a need to talk. We handle different projects around the city from this specific location. It isn't always quiet, but it works for us. If you are looking for our building, it’s tucked into the extension part of the neighborhood. We’ve grown used to the way things run around here. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or brochures because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. It’s just how we do things. We keep our files organized here and meet people when they drop by. Some days are more hectic than others, but we keep showing up and doing what we need to do. New Delhi is a huge place, so having this fixed spot in Maidangari keeps us grounded. It's nothing too special, just our office where the work gets finished. We’ve been at this address long enough that it feels like home. It’s where we belong.
