We are located at A-7 on the second floor in Mayfair Garden, right in the Hauz Khas area of South Delhi. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a nice view of what is going on outside in 110016. RADVIN BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know how to get things done without making a big fuss about it. Hauz Khas is usually very busy, but our corner feels a little more tucked away than the main market areas. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to people on the phone. The office has that lived-in feel, with folders everywhere and maybe a few old tea cups sitting around. We don't really care about having the most modern furniture or anything like that. As long as there is a working desk and a decent light, we are happy enough. People often ask us why we chose this specific spot, and it’s mostly because it’s easy for us to get to and it feels right. We don't use those shiny brochures to tell people who we are. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We try to stay focused on the tasks we have for the week. It is a very straightforward way of running a business, and that is how we like it. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer for when the afternoon gets long.
