We’ve been operating as Psm Developers Private Limited for some time now, just handling things from this local spot. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We spend a lot of time at our desks or out at various sites checking on progress. It is a straightforward operation here. Nothing too flashy at all. Just a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of tea to keep us going through the long afternoon. Living and working in New Delhi means you get used to the noise and the heat every single day. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about just getting the work finished properly. If you walk around Pocket J, you might see us coming and going throughout the week. The 110076 area has its own charm. We chose this location because it’s easy for the staff to get to and from. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just develop properties and manage the mountain of paperwork that comes with it. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a project is finally wrapping up. We have a few maps on the wall and a lot of old folders. It’s a practical workspace for us. Most of us have lived in Delhi for years.
