Priydhra Developers And Hospitality is a small company based out of Chhatterpur Enclave. Our office is located at House Number 15 on the ground floor. It is part of the Kh N-256/1/2/3 area. This is actually where Praveen Kumar lives too, so it is a very home-based kind of operation. We do a mix of things, handling both property development and some hospitality work. It keeps us pretty busy because those are two very different worlds. One day we are looking at building sites and the next we are thinking about how to take care of guests or manage a space. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and have a chat. We aren't tucked away in some big glass tower. Chhatterpur Enclave has its own rhythm and we are just a part of that. The office is pretty basic. We have what we need to run the business, but we do not spend money on fancy rugs or expensive signs. We would rather just focus on the projects we have going on. It can get a little crowded with all the files and the hospitality supplies, but we make it work. Living and working in the same general area means we really know the neighborhood. We are not some distant corporation. We are just local folks trying to grow a business and do right by the people who use our services in this part of Delhi.
