We've been operating out of Sarita Vihar at G 43 for a while now. It's just a small setup where we handle local land deals and all the messy paperwork that comes with them. Mostly, it's just a couple of us answering phones and meeting people who happen to drop by the office during the day. There’s always a lot of tea drinking and looking over old maps on the wall. Dealing with property in Delhi can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the back and forth at the registry office, but we manage to get through it. People usually know where to find us if they need something sorted out without a lot of fuss. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a good chunk of our time out on actual sites or sitting in government offices trying to get things pushed through the system. It’s busy work, but it keeps us going from morning until evening. Sometimes the traffic around this part of Sarita Vihar makes it hard to get anywhere fast, so we try to do most of our traveling early on. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood who we helped before. It’s a straightforward business with no big secrets. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing.
