Prakhar Infratech LLP is located in Saket, at D 2 in the Commercial Complex. If you know South Delhi, you know Saket is always packed with people and cars. Our office is right in the middle of that hustle. We deal with infrastructure projects, so things can get pretty frantic around here. Between the site visits and the meetings with architects, there’s rarely a quiet moment. We aren't a big, polished company with a fancy lobby. Our space is practical, filled with stacks of drawings and samples of building materials. Most of the staff has been in the industry for years, so we’ve seen pretty much everything that can go wrong on a job site. We don't spend much time on marketing because we’re too busy making sure our current projects are moving along. The air conditioner in the back room makes a weird clicking sound, and we always seem to be running out of printer ink, but we get the job done. It’s a matter of staying on top of the details and not letting things slide. We value being honest about timelines, even when the news isn't great. Saket is a good place to be based because it’s central, but the traffic during rush hour is something we all just have to live with. It’s just a normal office where people work hard and drink way too much tea. Sometimes the noise from the complex can be a bit much, but we just close the door and focus.
