Pmg Projects Llp is based out of an LIG flat, number 125, in Madanpur Khadar. It is a modest place, not like those big high-rise offices you see in the advertisements. Being in an LIG flat means space is a bit limited, so every corner has a purpose. One corner is for the computer, another for the filing cabinet, and we have a small table where we drink tea and discuss the day's tasks. Madanpur Khadar is a busy locality, and living and working here keeps us grounded. We know our neighbors and they know us. The flat is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the fan whirring overhead. It can get pretty warm in the summer months, but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. People who need us usually know where to find flat 125. We handle all our project coordination from this small room. It is a practical way to run things without wasting money on fancy overheads. Sometimes the water comes at odd hours, so we have to manage that too. It is just a regular life in a regular Delhi flat where we happen to run a business. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest.
