Working out of a basement means it stays a bit cooler during those hot Delhi months, which is a plus. Jangpura is a pretty established part of the city, and being near the park gives us a little bit of green to look at when we step outside. The office is mostly filled with contract papers and technical stuff. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We aren't really the type for fancy decorations or big meetings. Most of the time, we are either out on a site or huddled over a desk here at G 40. The stairs down to the basement are a little steep, so we tell people to be careful when they visit. Birbal Park is a good spot for a quick walk when the head gets too full of numbers and agreements. We’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a while and like the neighborhood quite a bit. It’s relatively quiet compared to some other parts of the city. We just do our work, handle the contracts, and keep things moving. It’s a solid, functional space for a small firm like ours, and we are happy with it.
