PINE VIEW ESTATE LLP

We are located right on the ground floor over at Lajpat Nagar I, near the community centre. Pine View Estate LLP is basically run from these two units, I-74 and 75. It’s a handy location because everything you need is just a short walk away. We get a fair amount of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week. Inside, it's mostly just piles of files and a few chairs for when people stop by. We handle a lot of estate work and managing different bits of land. It isn't always exciting work. A lot of it is just checking details and making sure the boundary lines are where they should be. We’ve had this office for a bit now and it suits us fine. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Just the name on the door so people know they’re in the right place. Sometimes the neighbor from the community centre pops in for a chat. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork gets ahead of us. It's a small team here. We know the South Delhi area pretty well by now. We just do our jobs and go home like everyone else. If there's a leak in a pipe or a fence needs fixing, we’re the ones making the calls. We keep moving.
