Being in the basement means we don't get a lot of natural light, but it keeps the office quiet and easy to work in. We have our desks set up and the shelves are usually full of project folders and site drawings. Patang Developers Llp is a small team, and we have been at this G 40 address for a while now. People know us as the guys in the basement near the park. It is a practical location for a development company because we can get around the city pretty easily from Jangpura. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a place where we get our work done and meet with contractors. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones and staring at screens. Sometimes we walk over to Birbal Park just to get a bit of fresh air during lunch. It is a very normal, everyday kind of business. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing gurus.
